When you choose Collab.Land as your community management tool, you’re partnering with a team that champions safety and values privacy. Our trusted token verification system gives your members access to the special spaces they want to be in, all while keeping their information secure. And remember: if their info gets shared with others, then they’re doxxed for life (and beyond).
Your Data, Our Responsibility
We often get asked how we handle member data, and our answer is simple: we don’t share member data without the member’s explicit consent — not with external parties, and not even with community admins. In fact, we’ve taken a lot of heat from projects and community admins who want access to a member’s data, and for legitimate reasons. But we firmly believe that your members own their data, and if they choose to share it, they can do so on their own terms. Members of Collab.Land-supported communities trust us to keep their details confidential. That means connected wallet addresses, held tokens, and any other identifying details remain safely guarded. With our multi-wallet support, your members have wallets across multiple chains tied to their social IDs. Revealing those connected wallets would make them trackable anywhere they go, and that’s not something we’d ever do.
Building a Better Web3 Community
At the end of the day, your trust fuels our passion. We’re here to build a web3 community that’s not just about crypto, but about empowering each other every day. Thank you for being part of our journey and for choosing Collab.Land to protect what matters most.

Collab.Land token gating and membership verification operates as a read-only application. By signing a message to add a new wallet, you affirm ownership of that particular wallet address. Collab.Land solely accesses public blockchains to verify that a member’s wallet addresses are linked to the required tokens for role or group membership. Collab.Land maintains no access beyond reading public wallet addresses, which are transparent to all users.
